Children's Community Health Plan (CCHP), owned by Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, is an HMO dedicated to providing access to the highest quality health care and services to BadgerCare Plus members. CCHP is offered in fifteen (15) counties in eastern Wisconsin, and covers more than 132,000 adults and children, making it the largest BadgerCare health plan in the state. With the combined resources of Children's Hospital, Children's Community Services, Children's specialty and primary care clinics and our community partners, we are committed to improving the medical and social well-being of our members and the community.
