Chilli Manis is a Peranakan-focused Halal-certified catering brand and was established in 2018 as Neo Group's first move towards a cuisine-focused brand, breaking away from the industry norm of offering comprehensive menus based on a range of cuisines. We are dedicated to serve the best of Peranakan cuisine's dishes to each event, giving you nothing less than premium quality catering services in Singapore.Helmed by Madam Serene Hoh who is a seasoned veteran with more than 36 years of culinary experience under her belt. Her passion for the Peranakan cuisine was first inspired in a culinary class by Madam Chua Jim Neo, a doyenne in the fare.Since embarking on the pursuit to perfect each Peranakan dish, she has spent countless hours in the kitchen, reinventing flavours, examining textures, and fine-tuning visuals – all for the purpose of retaining the signature tastes of Peranakan food yet incorporating her unique touches into the recipes.Chilli Manis means "sweet chilli" in Bahasa Indonesia and seeks to showcase the best of the cuisine's dishes that have amalgamated signature flavours across Chinese, Malay and Indonesian fares.At its core, the essence of Chilli Manis is to offer consumers authentic and quality Peranakan dishes and remains true to this day.We have been privileged to serve several corporate clients over the past 3 years:Shell Singapore Yahoo!
