Our focus is principally on corporate and business immigration, although we are a full-service firm and also advise individual clients in naturalization, family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, deportation and exclusion. The firm is carrying on a practice established by Francis Chin in 1986; we became Chin & Curtis in 2000. The founding partners, Francis Chin and Philip Curtis, have been representing companies and individuals in New England and throughout the country for more than three decades. After 27 years as Founder and Managing Partner, Francis Chin stepped down as Partner in 2013 and is now Senior Counsel with the firm. Lorie Lunn and Sarah Coleman, who became partners in 2012, are highly experienced at solving the immigration needs of employers and individuals. With up to 25 years of experience in the field, our other attorneys have comprehensive and deep expertise.
