China (Shenzhen) Innovation & Entrepreneurship International Competition is initiated by the Municipal Government of Shenzhen, the international competition is held globally in Toronto, San Francisco, Sydney, Tokyo, Boston, Tel Aviv, London, Stockholm and Berlin. This year we This competition will also offer cash awards totaling CAD 2.09 million. A venture capital pool of $4 billion CDN has been set up by investment institutions across the nine global divisions.The Toronto division - The Toronto division will feature 20 finalists from Canada who will pitch ideas to a panel of high-profile judges. First, second and third place prizes will be awarded. Top winner from Toronto Division will get a cash award of $20K. 10 finalists will be qualified for the final Innovation & Entrepreneurship International Competition in Shenzhen, China in April 2018. The cash award for top winner at the Grand Finale is $200K. Candidates will have chances to meet VC investors and senior government officials from the City of Shenzhen.
