Training Manager allows you to have your own dedicated company area hosted on the cloud, that is backed up every single night (so there's no need to worry about losing vital information).It enables you to create employees, and for each, allows you to fill in all their personal details; upload any training documents; upload any CSCS cards and training; upload any CPCS cards and training; create a timeline of their employment history and job role; assign them to one or many sites, keeping an ongoing history; upload short duration talks (Toolbox Talks); archive off old expired training (but still allowing you to keep historic evidence).One of the most intelligent parts of the system is the ability to be able to create your own bespoke reports, that contain the exact information that you require. Every company has their own way of reporting on training that is either in date, or due to expire, so Training Manager gives you the ability to design your own.Another key feature of the system is it's ability to flag up and highlight any employees that either have expired training, or that are due to expire in the next several months (that can be customised to your liking).
