Chisel + Sand is an investment and development company that combines short term returns with the benefit of tax advantages from long term investments. Currently, our business is focused in the Colorado and Florida Markets, primarily in Denver and Salida, and St. Petersburg respectively. Chisel + Sand does full renovations of homes for resale, and develops residential infill properties. We are always looking for the following types of properties: homes in need of repair and updating in St Petersburg and surrounding cities, Denver and surrounding cities, Salida, and Buena Vista. We also purchase infill properties within those cities, either land or homes that are in need of demolition. Starting Q2 of 2022, we will be in search of value-add hotels in the greater Florida area.
