Chittagong Polytechnic Institute (CPI) is a government technical institution located in the port city of Chittagong, Bangladesh. It provides theoretical and practical education of basic engineering and technology.Chittagong Polytechnic Institute was established in 1962. It is one of the best public polytechnic institutes in Bangladesh. It stands on Twenty Acres of land. There are three stored academic building, two stored Computer and Electro-Mechanical building, five boys hostels, one women hostel, One mosque, One play Grounds. There are Principal Banglo, Teachers Quarter and staff Quarter in the Campus. Residential area is surrounded by various trees such as mango, Jack fruits, Guava, Coconut, battlenut etc.
