You could say I stumbled into the world of graphic design because I had an innate desire to make things look pretty. It was only when I immersed myself in the world of customer experience (CX) that I realised beautiful branding isn't enough. It needs to be underpinned by a cohesive and intelligent marketing strategy that's tailored to your audience. Driven to understand the latest advancements in marketing, I've studied digital media at Deakin University and CX strategy at RMIT.
