Kira then trained as chocolatier and experimented with different fusions of flavours, after gaining many years of experience she decided to put her own ideas and recipes to the test. Since doing this she has realized success and within a short period of time, Chocolat Passions has been recognized for innovation of its products by winning the Grampian Food forum Innovation Awards 2010.
