chocri supplies private and business customers throughout Europe. In the stationary confectionery trade, chocri cooperates with more than 600 dealers. chocri produces and distributes handmade chocolates, pralines and other confectionery - also from other well-known manufacturers and brands. Anyone can create their own personal chocolate bar online from more than 27 billion possibilities, create individual packaging with desired photos and designs and mix desired chocolate boxes. The factory has its headquarters in Berlin and was founded in 2008. The WirtschaftsWoche awarded chocri the Neumacher-Gründerpreis 2009. Since 2014, the majority of chocri has belonged to the Riegelein Group. The company, which is still managed by the managing director Jörn Schumann, produces and ships environmentally neutral. chocri shows special social commitment by supporting the aid organisation DIV-Kinder e.V. and the associated children's home project in Gagnoa on the Côte d'Ivoire. At the beginning of September 2009 the next big milestone in chocri's history came. Franz and Micha won the founder prize of the Wirtschaftswoche! With increasing number of customers and increasing production in the middle of 2010 the old location became a bit crowded and new areas had to be built! chocri moved to Berlin-Lichtenberg and since then enjoys a 2000m² loft office! In the so-called "summer hole", in June 2011, a new idea had to be born for chocolate: individual ice cream! The idea was very well received and a solution was quickly found for shipping. Dry ice made it possible. However, shipping was so complicated that the product unfortunately had to be taken out of the assortment again. In November 2017 we changed from the UTZ Certified seal to the Fairtrade cocoa programme. chocri are not only fair wages, but sustainability is especially important. The Fairtrade cocoa programme combines all this under its seal.
