Choux Stopper was established in 2015 by pastry chef Simon Northcott.He wanted to create something different to the usual minimal and uninspiring choices that already were in existence in the Street food scene.What better than perfectly baked, buttery rich, golden brown, crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle choux pastry buns, filled with a choice of delicious creams and toppings??Through Choux Stopper he brings restaurant standard "award winning" desserts, made to order, using the very best of ingredients available.
