6 Step Planning ProcessWe specialise in assisting clients to understand their financial and lifestyle objectives and how to take the "six step financial planning process" into managing these goals and expectations.• Step 1 A Financial Planner will spend time listening and talking to you about your current situation to establish trust and confidence, and to develop a working relationship. • Step 2 The Planner will work with you to collect all the essential information to establish your current position and future goals and objectives, along with your personal attitude towards lifestyle and financial matters. • Step 3 The Planner will translate the information collected in steps 1 and 2 to analyse and evaluate your current financial status, and then prepare a blueprint outlining solutions to help achieve your goals and objectives. • Step 4 The Planner will present the financial plan and then work through the recommended solutions with you to prioritise and amend objectives if necessary. The financial plan includes budgeting, savings, risk management, retirement savings, investment planning, ownership structures and estate planning. • Step 5 Once you have agreed that the proposed plan is right for you, the Planner will implement the recommendations on your behalf. • Step 6 The plan is a living document and needs to be reviewed on a regular basis as circumstances can and do change. The important part of working with a financial planner is the ongoing review of the plan and keeping up with any changes.
