Religious Groups - Lilburn, GA, US
We are a new multiethnic, international parish in the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta. Our informal weekly celebration of the Eucharist is held every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. Sunday School and children's activities are provided. And we all continue our fellowship with refreshments together after the service. Our particular community outreach is to Karen refugees from Burma, some of whom who are Anglicans, worship with us. We have as many as 8 to 10 different ethnicities represented in our family-sized congregation every Sunday morning. Our Rector, The Rev. John Sewak Ray, is Chair of the newly formed Diocesan Task Force to Promote Diversity, member of the Diocesan Global Missions Committee, and a member of the Ethnic America Network. We warmly invite you to join us for worship soon. Our website, www.ctke.org, has more details and pictures. Welcome home!
