Damon Christofilis has been a part of the Cordillera Ranch Preferred Builder Group since 2000. During that time, he has been involved in the design and construction of over 100 homes in Cordillera Ranch. Damon, and his wife Sherry, have lived in Cordillera Ranch since 2003; giving Damon instant access to his clients and their projects. As the President and owner of Christofilis Custom Homes, Damon employs a "hands-on" approach to all of his projects. He believes in treating each of his client's homes as if it were his own. Jason Hurt, Damon's right hand man since 2002, is a demanding project manager known for his creativity, attention to detail and impeccable craftsmanship.
