The word "chrysalis" eloquently captures the process of life coaching. In nature, the chrysalis stage represents the growth period for a caterpillar. During this time it may not appear that much is happening on the surface. However, there are enormous changes occurring inside: the caterpillar is working diligently towards its ultimate transformation. Finally, the chrysalis sheds its outer layer, releasing a beautiful, awe-inspiring butterfly, full of glorious details, brilliant colors, and joy in its newfound freedom.My training has been with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and am in the midst of the 6-month certification program. My training has been experiential, emphasizing hands-on practice and personal experience from day one.My life experiences include:• Decades-long interest in personal growth• Mentor and coach for more than 20 years• Recognized facilitator and speaker• More than 15 years experience in management/senior management in communications, marketing and public relations for an IT organization
