Shaun holds a Master's degree in Voice Performance from the University of Arizona (Yes, he was an Opera singer. No, he didn't audition for American Idol) and like so many others fell into student housing completely by accident. It didn't take long to realize that his inherently out-of-the-box thinking was perfect for the industry in so many areas. Originally planning to become an educator, Shaun loves sharing knowledge and watching for that "lightbulb moment" where things just click and a plan takes shape. Having been the kid that took all of his toys apart to see how they worked, he took interest in all things Entrata and learned the ins-and-outs performing migrations, third-party integrations and day-to-day administration. He specializes in optimizing workflows and making use of little-known features that can have a big impact. Shaun's fun-loving approach and no nonsense mindset will have you on the path to getting your s**t together in no time!
