Charlotte instantly felt like home to me. I found niches in professional and social groups came easily and the demographic of the Queen City and it's high energy and explosive development in neighborhoods such as Wilmore and Plaza-Midwood an exciting change to the more restrictive resort market of the Boone, Banner Elk and Blowing Rock real estate market. I am proud to call myself a Charlottean and make no apologies for being a Charlotte 'booster'. I think it is one of the most beautiful cities I've been in. I'm also very proud to help clients find their perfect property. I tend to specialize in the Investor/Flipper market, but I also enjoy and believe I'm good at helping the first time home buyer with that first step into home ownership.
