Chuu*Chuu began when 3 ladies decided that they've seen one too many plastic bags while diving. We have Luci [the crazy artist], Bobo [the reckless marketeer] and Dory [the lunatic designer]. We have recently welcomed a 4th asset to our team, Pandora, the whiz with facts and figures, who is also Wikipedia Queen! *^_^*We all feel that there is a need for compact and stylish multiple-use bags at an affordable price hence we decided that we want to join the movement to lessen waste in this world we live in.Mission:We'd like to save plastic yet not SHOUT IT OUT and would like to be chic & have fun doing it. We're not holier-than-thou or pompous about it. We don't claim to recycle 100% of everything; eg. recycling everything we come across all day everyday. We're just doing out little bit of contribution to the cause. We still accept plastic IF we can recycle it for other purposes. We just use these bags if necessary/when you can rather than spouting massive slogans like "RECYCLE, REUSE, REFUSE PLASTIC!!" We're stylishly green. If it takes a little bit of frill to get people to be environmentally conscious, then we're all for it! Because we know that, if everyone uses the bag even just ONCE a day, we save a lot of bags as part of "Chuu*Chuu Land".
