The Canadian Institute for the Administration of Justice is a voluntary, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of justice for all Canadians. Since its inception in 1974, the CIAJ has kept a critical eye on our justice system and explored cutting-edge issues likely to improve the administration of justice and preserve a strong and independent judiciary. CIAJ is a place of meeting and reasoned debate on issues of interest to people and organizations concerned with the administration of justice. CIAJ's programs include: Annual conferences on forward-looking topics, Conferences on legal drafting, National and regional seminars on administrative and regulatory law and practice, Seminars on judgment writing, Seminars for newly appointed judges and for long-serving judges, Annual fellowship that supports research on ways to improve the administration of justice in Canada. +++++++++++++++++++++++ L'Institut canadien d'administration de la justice est une organisation bénévole à but non lucratif, dédiée à l'amélioration de la qualité de la justice pour tous les canadiens et canadiennes.
