Our principle brands include DEWALT, Stanley, FERM and Tyrolit.OUR HISTORYWe were founded in 2017, as a off-shoot of Benray Tool Wholesalers in order to focus solely on the industrial retail sector. Benray Tool Wholesalers has been in the tool wholesale business since 1988 and held the sole distribution rights for DEWALT products in South Africa from 2010 to 2016.GLOBAL BRANDSOur strategy is to distribute global brands that inspire confidence and trust in professional end-users. Our principle supplier is StanleyBlack&Decker, the worlds largest tools and storage company.OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH GERBER GOLDSCHMIDT GROUPIn September 2017, CIB announced the sale of a majority share to Gerber Goldschmidt Group, a multi-faceted private equity investment company headquartered in Johannesburg and associated with the multi-national Gerber Goldschmidt Group. The Group has a diverse portfolio of investments in which our partners have the know-how, skills and experience to operate independently and successfully amongst the leaders in their respective fields.
