Cibolo Creek Ranch is one of the oldest ranches in Texas, situated in the Chinati Mountains of the Chihuahuan Desert where historical artifacts, art and antiques, combine to create a true nineteenth century atmosphere. Cibolo's dwellings evoke a sense of togetherness, which culminates during tours and at mealtimes; a fusion of West Texan and Mexican cuisine, served at a long table in our dining room or under the stars.
