Cicero Associates has been established to concentrate the capabilities of a team of dedicated social scientists and professionals in the fields of political analysis, public policy, development, communications, and brand and image management. We offer services in the areas of survey research and SWOT polls, constituency development and management, social media, communication, opinion building, leadership development and training, and back office support.Cicero has a prominent presence in Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand. Although we work in other states as well, our network and grass-roots understating in these states enables us to develop a more nuanced understanding of the working of social, economic and political systems. We seek to assist politicians, political parties, social organizations and other grass-root enterprises in discharging their duties and realizing their ideas more effectively. We do this by identifying particular areas where they can benefit by our intervention and by designing and constructing solutions which are tailored to their specific needs.
