As a service provider to CNST, CieCAS offers professional dual education, lifestyle classes, company team building, and consulting focusing on food and beverage skills development. Learning and use it immediately in life is what CieCAS stands for. The dual education is for food and professionals to turn them into restaurant and culinary entrepreneurs. We are using the Austrian (European) curriculum of WIFI. CieCAS also offers technical consulting to food operations in order to ensure that they can be sustainable and profitable. CieCAS lifestyle programs are focusing on cooking service training to learn how to prepare efficiently quality food and being able to host clients with grace and style. In addition, CieCAS furnishes team building activities through pots & pans for company team building. Also seminars and events can be hosted by CieCAS as we have a state-of-the-art and very clean facility that includes classrooms for meetings and theory classes, as well as several kitchen and restaurants. It is very conveniently located near the Shanghai center, located on subway line 2 - 4 metro stops away from Zhongshan Park (Song Hong Station - take exit 4 and walk 3 minutes).
