Created in 1987 by the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Brest (Brest Chamber of Commerce and Industry), CIEL Bretagne is ideally located inside the walls of an elegant 19th century manor house, in the centre of a magnificent wooded parkland at the foot of the Elorn River.
