Circle K Atlanta was founded under the name S&A Food and Gas in 1994 by Amin Chitalwala (CEO) and Shams Nanji (CFO). With a strategic business plan designed for continued corporate growth, Amin and Sham's hard work, enterprising spirit, and dedication to the Company paid off when they were awarded a master franchise agreement from Circle K, which granted the Company exclusive rights to the Circle K brand for Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb and Fulton counties. Circle K's success in the convenience retailing industry spans more than sixty years and it is one of the most widely recognized convenience store brands, known worldwide for quality products and great customer service. Our Company's partnership with Circle K will help ensure continued corporate growth through increased corporate exposure, enhanced leadership and buying power.
