"Learning by exploring, Cultivating the individual." Circle of Boston Nursery School (CBNS) was established in May of 2012 as the first Japanese/English bilingual nursery school in the Boston Area. From an early age, we believe it is important to help children develop their character. We do this in part by teaching children how to treat others with both respect and kindness. We want them to make friends and to learn how to properly interact with everyone they encounter. It is our hope that their growth will be well balanced, both physically and mentally. CBNS attends to each child's individual abilities and diverse learning style. We are fortunate that Boston is a city rich in science, art, and history. For all of the children in our care, we encourage learning in part by exposing them to the many resources and opportunities our community has to offer. We believe children learn through these experiences and through interactions with the world around them. At this early age, children are developing the foundation upon which their lives will be built. We hope to provide a safe place where they can discover the joys of learning and be enriched by the variety of possibilities open to them. CBNS values communication between the family and the school. We strive to be a place where children are excited to come each morning to learn, and where parents can witness the joy that their child's new discoveries will bring.
