Ever since we started working in the quinoa field back in 2012 we have fallen in love with this incredible super-food. Being close to grower associations, processing plants and international buyers made us understand the need of growers for a dependable, fair market price as well as the need of buyers for a quinoa supply that is reliable, safe and high quality. Buyers were still facing some challenges sourcing such as finding reliable suppliers, being able to audit or visit their facilities, high MOQ, long lead times and limited packing type.Motivated by our desire to continue serving both growers and buyers, we founded Circle-Q. Circle-Q manages the quinoa supply risks at all levels by buying the raw material at origin directly from Peru and Bolivia, and sub-contracting a processing and packing facility in the US dedicated 100% to the production of quinoa and ancient grains.Quinoa trade allows for thousands of smallholder farmers to live a dignified life and we want to make sure that quinoa buyers in North America have good experience sourcing this product.
