CITIES FOR FUTURE is an interdisciplinary consultancy for sustainable and liveable cities. We support cities and communities in achieving the climate goals and the UN sustainable development goal SDG 11. We are the interface between the city and its citizens, between district development, urban planning, transport planning and architecture, and between economy, retail and politics.Our core topics are sustainable modes of mobility, the redesign of public space to more liveable districts and downtown areas, the transfer of Barcelona´s Superblocks model to other cities and the application of urban resilience approaches. By our background and personal skills, we ensure not only a modern urban planning approach regarding ecological and social aspects, but also an economic perspective: Only if we consider all aspects, we make our cities more resilient against changes. Our competencies range from the architecture over Dutch and Danish mobility and urban planning approaches over economy and logistics as well as science and research.
