CitiShop.ca brings purpose to thrifting. There has been a lot of controversy with thrifting retailers and their misleading charitable services. Every business needs to profit, but not every business is dedicated to helping the people they say they will. Our company found a real need to provide for the homeless. The growing homeless rates and the need for funding of the homeless shelters and affiliated programs are concerns that we should all have. Using this platform as a transformative way of thrifting, CitiShop.ca will be donating 25% of gross profit directly to local homeless shelters and will be donating all unused merchandise to those shelters. No more questioning if your money is going to the right place.
