LOCAL TIES, LOCAL OWNERSHIP The bank, organized in November 1900, opened on North Paint Street in January 1901 where it remained until 1959. Now Citizens National Bank serves customers from five locations: our Main Street Branch, Western Avenue Branch, Bridge Street Branch, Frankfort Branch and the Fayette Banking Center. On March 31, 1998, in order to provide greater flexibility for growth and diversification to its customers, Citizens National Bank proudly announced a new and stronger reorganization, First Capital Bancshares, Inc., a one-bank holding company.
