Citrus Training Solutions Ltd. Head Office is based in the Business First Centre in Burnley, Lancashire and Rutland House in Leicester. We are rapidly establishing ourselves as a market leader in England and Northern Ireland delivering quality training to Sectors including Health & Social Care, Children and Young People's Services, Business Administration, Team Leading & Management as well as Customer Services. We have a dedicated team sourcing funding streams to make both QCF (Qualification Credit Framework) and Mandatory Training more accessible. We are recognised with Investors in People and recently updated to meet the new standards. We are also actively working towards achieving our quality marks in relation to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 international standards as well as the Matrix Standard for quality based provision. We are accredited with EDI (Education Development International) ICQ (I Can Qualify) and Futures for the delivery of QCF qualifications as stated above. We are confident in the delivery of our training and ensure that regular assessment takes place to meet our internal standards as well as those set out by the regulatory bodies with whom we work. As part of our Sub-Contract Agreement with InTraining and through the Department of Employment and Learning, our latest Ofsted inspection rated us as an overall Good Rating for our delivery. Our external quality assurance report confirms our effective delivery systems and our excellent success rates speak volumes for our ability to achieve against set targets and requirements. Citrus also offer an extensive portfolio of short courses,including those that are mandatory to the sectors we deliver in. We also offer CIEH (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health) accredited courses including Food Hygiene and Health & Safety.
