City Help was founded in New Haven Connecticut by a group of Yale University students looking to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our answer was to launch the first iteration of our City Help with COVID volunteer platform – New Haven Help with COVID. Soon after its launch, we realized the platform's potential to help other college towns, so we partnered with University of Georgia students in Athens to establish our second platform – Athens Help with COVID. Now, City Help is a unique network of Yale and UGA students, and we want to keep helping, and expand further.
