City Incite works to incite youths to work to better themselves and their communities while promoting social and economic equality. By matching at-risk students with mentorship, trainings, and on-the-job experience we help them develop the personal and profesional skills necessary to succeed. Through our Building Up Important Lives and Dreams (B.U.I.L.D.) program students can complete GEDs and go on to higher education while earning nationally recognized construction certificates and work experience. Additional trainings in valuable life skills such as financial literacy, mental health techniques, and race relations in the workplace help complete the skills sets students leave our program with.
