City Leadership Center Details
The City Leadership Center will train mid-to-senior level leaders in companies throughout Southeast Asia with the hope of creating better companies, which can lead to better cities, and ultimately a better world. This will be done in a cohort of leaders selected by our corporate partners. Assessments will be given as these leaders are evaluated, assessed, and trained. Marketplace leaders from the West and Jakarta will be the teachers during this time. City Leadership Center's (CLC) desire is to develop and equip Southeast Asian marketplace leaders with practical skills and guidance from corporate leaders in Jakarta and in the West. In addition to topics such as human resources, marketing, metrics, budgeting, business operations, project management, and management, there will be an emphasis on the importance of ethics and integrity in business. As a result, we anticipate these leaders will transform their company cultures leading to transforming their respective industries & policies with the implementation of more ethical and high-quality practices and standards for their companies. The goal of CLC is twofold: to train mid-to-senior level leaders in companies throughout Southeast Asia and create awareness and solutions to bridge the gap between the public and private sectors in Indonesia.
