A growing municipality located approximately 20 miles from Research Triangle Park in Raleigh, North Carolina. \\Located at the southern end of Granville County in North Carolina, Creedmoor presents a variety of geographical characteristics, both natural and man-made. It is the home of Lake Rogers, a 175-acre lake, and is also in close proximity to Falls Lake, a 12,500 acre lake owned and operated by the United States Army Corps of Engineers and the State of North Carolina, both offer a variety of recreational activities. \\Creedmoor is conveniently located within close proximity of major roadways including Interstate 85, NC-56, NC-50, and US-15. The City has a total area of 4.84 square miles and including the extraterritorial jurisdiction (area subject to planning jurisdiction) increases the area to 5.06 square miles.
