We aim to make wine that truly reflect the amazing potential of the Swartland. Having had exposure to many of the Swartland's greatest vineyards, we have settled on a few that have mostly been around longer than us. They showcase our style best: Chenin blanc with great purity and texture and Syrah showcasing great structure and elegance. Although we focus mainly on dryland vineyards ,using Chenin blanc and Syrah as our main varietals, we also believe this to be a place of great blends and use newer varietals to add compexity to our multi-varietal Swartland blends. Our wines are made using seasoned oak and concrete with natural yeasts while intervening only when absolutely necessary.
