City Saga is an Urban Adventure Engine, that lets you ‘see through time' to get a better understanding of a place and how it has changed.City Saga allows an area to maximize its history and historic resources as an economic development tool, highlighting the long history of a location, even when there aren't any buildings or other physical reminders in areas like battlefields, protest or concert locations. The City Saga method provides a unique combination of signage on location joined with a digital application that includes, audio, video, spherical panoramic images, and historic photos. This approach allows for a constantly updated product, with new locations and resources added regularly. The combination of elements allows for different levels of engagement from a glance at a sign to a deep investigation of a location.City Saga has currently developed a physical and digital urban infrastructure in downtown Atlanta focusing on Civil Rights Movement history that contains original content from the Center for Civil and Human Rights, the City of Atlanta, the Atlanta Preservation Center, and the Herndon Human Rights Initiative at the Georgia State University Honors College.
