CityLab7 Details
CityLab7, a team of seven collaborators, came together in 2009 through a shared sense of discovery after receiving a grant from "Invoking the Pause." The program was conceived by a philanthropist named Maggie Kaplan who hoped that, if given time away to think and collaborate, her grantees would be able to generate innovative ideas to help individuals and communities internalize and understand the true impacts of climate change. As a team, we deploy interdisciplinary skills in the following areas: Food Systems, Ecosystem Services, Integrated Urbanism and Healthy Places.
