CivilTEC was created in 2006 by Richard Gruiters who is also CivilTEC's Principal Consultant. Richard's skills and abilities are wide-ranging in Civil and Transportation Engineering, gained from over 25 years of working in Local Government and Private Sector arena's in both New Zealand and overseas.Our passion is Road Design, but we also utilise our broad engineering knowledge to provide clients and colleagues with robust technical solutions.
