I have been a coach in one form or another since I helped my crying girlfriends on the playground in grade school. It's in my blood. It's who I am.After raising 4 beautiful young ladies, building 3 businesses and publishing several books, I felt it was time to embrace my calling through coaching.There is great pleasure in helping someone transform to the next level - whatever that may be for them. The best part is that the answers usually lie within the individual - they just need someone to help excavate and cultivate it into reality.I am a learner, so I continually read, watch and study various practices both formally and informally. Currently, I am a certified virtual coach; certified law of attraction and allowing success life coach; certified EFT/TFT practitioner and certified happiness coach.
