The Fund enhances returns and liquidity by investing in inflation-resistant assets with strong cash-generating profiles and opportunistically structures exits through asset sales and the capital markets. Investment Strategy: The Fund makes Investments on an opportunistic basis in various real assets, equity and other instruments created, structured and issued by the Fund. The Fund seeks to invest in those levels of the capital structure where it finds the value and risk/reward characteristics most compelling. The Fund's investment activities consist of, but are not necessarily limited to, the following: (1) Purchasing Real Assets (2) Structuring permanent financing (3) Retention of attractive tranches (4) Exits through asset sales and residual sales
