COMPANY HISTORY Clayton Stone was started in November 2013 by Navin Chandiramani to serve the Commercial Sector of Dubai in finding the ideal Office, Retail, Warehouse or F&B location for their business. The name comprises of Clay and Stone the two key components in building a steady structure. We identify the property, oversee the negotiation, facilitate the build-out process and provide management for the entire commercial space if required. With a youthful and ambitious team we respond to requests promptly. COMPANY MISSION To provide sound advice, ensure precise transaction completion, give complete support until the business is operational and thereafter as required. TEAM Our team comprises of expert brokers, an engineer, an architect, leasing officer, IT professional and administration staff led by our CEO.
