Clean Challenge brings together financial resources and expertise in waste management, waste engineering, composting, and recycling to develop sustainable waste management solutions in developing nations. We work by partnering with and engaging the local leaders and other community members from day one. We are heavily involved in the design, planning, and implementation phases to ensure project success. At the same time we work continuously with the local community's business owners and people to educate, empower, and ensure the eventual smooth transition and project ownership. This approach fosters long-term success and supports positive, sustainable impacts to the people, the economy, and the environment. First Project: Haiti:We began our work by focusing on the island country of Haiti because of our love for the Haitian people, our knowledge of Haitian culture, our existing connections within the country, and due to the significant need for humanitarian and environmental intervention. Literally millions of lives can be improved through our collective efforts in Haiti.
