The ISO9001 certified production lines are ISO based, which means that the quality system has been put central in the Production and Testing Factory Lay out. The standard Cleantron BatteryPacks are based on LG, Samsung or Panasonic lithium cells.Cleantron is organised to be cost effective in areas that make a cost difference. With offices in China (Purchasing & Quality Assurance), Munich (Sales) and New Vennep (basic R&D, Engineering and Production), Cleantron can make a difference for OEM-customers that struggle with the current costs and quality of Lithium Batterypacks. Cleantron develops captive ICD technology & statistics build-up, in close collaboration with her customers. The objective of ICD technology is controlled re-use of lithium cells. This enables lower total costs of ownership and makes Lithium Batteries more affordable.
