The Center for Leadership Equity and Research in Early Learning (CLEREL) mission is focused on providing educational services to examine racism, sexism, ableism and cultural learning policies and practices impacting children's outcomes. We believe, in order to place our youngest learners on a strong life trajectory, we must take action to reverse current systems approaches to leadership and learning. We have confidence this can only be achieved through leaders who are willing to participate in researched-based examinations of systemic oppression, deep self-reflection, and who will take action to impact discriminatory educational norms.
