The Cleveland Transformation Alliance (CTA) is a trusted community partner working to ensure every student is engaged in high-quality, equitable education. Jackson. Our four primary work roles: 1. Ensure fidelity to the citywide education plan (The Cleveland Plan), 2. Assess the quality of all Cleveland's public schools, 3. Communicate with families about school quality and options; and 4. Monitor charter sector quality and growth.
