About 360-degree feedback360 Feedback (also known as multi-rater feedback and 360 degree appraisal) is a questionnaire-based tool that measures the self-perceptions of a leader or manager (known as the participant) and compares them to the perceptions of a group of colleagues (raters) that work around that participant. The questions are based around clusters of behaviours generally associated with strong leadership or management capability.The questionnaire process results in a report that uses graphs and written comments to compare these perceptions.
