MY PHILOSOPHYI believe in authentic family photography --natural light, guidance but no stiff posing, and real-life, uncomplicated images that point focus to the most important part of the image - the subject. I am a Shoot & Share photographer and believe in providing you with your photos to print, share, enjoy, as you wish. MY PHOTOGRAPHY BACKGROUNDFrom setting up blanket "backdrops" as a child and forcing my brothers to model for me so I could "do shoots", to toting my point-and-shoot everywhere throughout college, my prized first dSLR landed in my hands in 2010. I spent countless hours (and more dollars than I'll admit to my husband) learning in classrooms, online, and practicing, practicing, practicing...eventually shooting family photos for friends who paid me in wine! I have always loved to take pictures, meet new people, and hear their stories. When I realized photographing allowed me to do all three of these things in tandem, there was no looking back. In 2013, ClickSmith Photography was born. I had discovered a "job" that has never felt like work.It is not lost on me what an honor it is to be asked to tag along with you and yours and capture a moment while it briefly lingers.
