Our services include: * School-based behavioral management consulting (especially for tough schools), with a focus on teaching schools how to develop, implement, monitor, evaluate and refine a school-wide (and classroom focused) positive behavioral support system, * Management consulting, specifically in the area of strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, * Executive coaching wherein we use a brief process (but can often go on for extended periods when necessary) in which cognitive and behavioral strategies are used to focus on specific behaviors, attitudes and thought processes that interfere with effective leadership and management, * Treatment & Therapy Services for Children, Adolescents, Adults, Couples and Families. Such services are typically provided in the natural setting (home, school, community) as opposed to an office environment. This allows us to get a better understanding of not just who you are, but also the situations and settings that affect your life.
