One of California's largest truffle farm, established in 2017 and first planted in 2018. Planted over 3,600 host trees, mostly English White Oaks (Quercus ruber), inoculated with the truffles are French Black Périgord Truffle (Tuber melanosporum). We are hopping for harvesting our first truffle as soon as winter 2022, but we may have to wait up to winter 2028. Keep on posted!Follow our story on Instagram (@clos_racinces)
